Ewingsdale House Renovation
This project involved a substantial renovation to an existing home in Ewingsdale.
We gutted a large portion of the house, relocated internal walls and removed the existing tiled flooring throughout, replacing it with a polished concrete finish to give the home a clean, modern feel.
Our team completed the carpentry for the new kitchen and carried out full renovations of both bathrooms, working across multiple areas of the home to bring the project together.
This was one of our first projects for a fantastic client and a great example of the broad range of carpentry work we can take on within a renovation. We’re extremely happy with the finished result and the transformation of the home.

Brunswick New Build
We are currently working alongside the builder as part of the carpentry team on this unique new build in Brunswick Heads.
The home has a strong focus on recycled and reclaimed materials, including hardwood timbers, VJ boards, weatherboards, flooring, doors and windows. With feature arches and plenty of character throughout, it’s a truly spectacular home with its own distinctive style and feel.
One of the more challenging elements of the project was forming the suspended concrete slab. It was a complex and technically demanding stage of the build that required careful planning, accuracy and attention to detail, and we achieved a fantastic result.
Our team also hand-pitched the entire split-pitch roof, another technically challenging aspect of the build that came together exceptionally well.
The project is now very close to completion, and we’re extremely proud of the outcome. It’s a great example of the skilled carpentry our team can provide to builders, from complex structural work through to detailed finishes and working with unique recycled materials.

Wooyung Rammed Earth House
This unique open-plan rammed earth home in Wooyung is being built for our former boss, Chris King, who Luke and I worked alongside for many years.
Chris reached out looking for an experienced carpenter to help run the project, and Luke stepped into the role, supervising the team and overseeing the carpentry and day-to-day progress of the build.
A standout feature of the home is the rammed earth construction, which the team completed on site. It was a challenging and hands-on process requiring plenty of planning, patience and attention to detail, but the result has been fantastic and gives the home an incredible natural character.
It’s been a rewarding project, combining skilled carpentry, site supervision and problem-solving, while also giving us the opportunity to work again with someone who played an important part in our careers as carpenters.
